摘　　要：韦贵康教授从医50余年,一生致力于脊柱损伤性疾病及脊柱相关性疾病的治疗和研究,他提出的很多理论观点极具科学性和实用性,在临床上有十分重要的指导意义,"补肾通督理论"是其中代表性理论之一。本文从糖尿病的病位、病因病机、治疗等方面,阐述"补肾通督理论"对临床实践的指导。Professor Wei Guikang has been in the medical field for more than 50 years.He has devoted his whole life to spinal injury and spinal related diseases.Many of his theoretical views are very scientific and practical,and have very important guiding significance in clinical practice.The theory of"tonifying the kidney and dredging governor vessel"is one of the representative theories.This treatise expounds the guidance of theory of"tonifying the kidney and dredging governor vessel"on clinical practice from the aspects of disease location,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes.
