疏肝和胃颗粒对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者血清GAS、PG影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索疏肝和胃颗粒治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎肝胃郁热证的临床疗效。方法选取120例慢性非萎缩性胃炎肝胃郁热证患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组和中药组,每组各40例,治疗组使用疏肝和胃颗粒联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,中药组给予疏肝和胃颗粒治疗,疗程均为4周。对患者治疗前后的临床症状评分、血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃蛋白酶原(PG)水平改善情况及总体治疗效果进行观察。结果在改善临床症状及降低血清GAS、PG水平方面,3组疗效均显著,治疗组明显优于对照组、中药组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和中药组比较,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝和胃颗粒联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎疗效优于单纯西药、中药疗法,明显改善患者临床症状和实验室指标,可在临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shugan Hewei granule in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach heat retention syndrome.Methods The clinical selection of 120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis of liver in patients with gastric muggy syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group,control group and Chinese medicine group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Hewei granule combined omeprazole treatment,the control group was given omeprazole treatment,and the Chinese medicine group was given Shugan Hewei granule treatment.A course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical symptom score,improvement of serum gastric secrete element(GAS)and pepsinogen(PG)level and the overall therapeutic effect were observed before and after treatment.Results In terms of improving clinical symptoms and reducing serum GAS and PG levels,the three groups showed significant efficacy,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Hewei granule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis is more effective than western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine alone,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients and can be widely used in clinical practice.
