摘　　要：目的通过调查和分析郑州市387例0~12岁儿童中医体质辨识情况,为健康管理工作者提供依据。方法调查郑州市387例0~12岁儿童的中医体质类型,分析中医体质辨识结果;对比不同性别的中医体质类型构成情况。结果0~12岁儿童中以心肝火旺质、肺脾气虚质、脾胃伏火质3种偏颇体质最为常见,占比分别为70.54%、60.72%、51.16%。机体均衡体质人群中,偏颇体质类型倾向以脾胃伏火质(18.35%),特禀质(17.57%)、脾虚湿盛质(16.80%)为主。不同性别对比,女生肺脾气虚体质明显高于男生(P<0.01),男生特禀质体质比例高于女生(P<0.05),其他几种偏颇体质,男女比例无显著性差异(P>0.05)。机体均衡体质人群中,不论总人数还是男女生比例,偏颇体质类型倾向均是以心肝火旺体质、肺脾气虚体质和脾胃伏火体质为主。结论0~12岁儿童偏颇体质比例较高,不同性别的主要偏颇体质不同,临床应针对儿童的体质特点制定相应的健康管理方案。Objective To investigate and analyze the physique identification of 387 cases 0-12 year’s childrens in Zhengzhou City,and provide evidence for health management workers.Methods The TCM constitution type of 387 cases 0-12 years childrens in Zhengzhou City was investigated,and the results of TCM constitutional identification was analyzed.The constitution of TCM constitution types with different genders was compared.Results In the 0-12 years childrens,three biased physiques are the most common,namely heating of heart and liver heart-healing,qi-deficiency of lung and spleen,and heating of spleen and stomach,accounting respectively for 70.54%,60.72%,and 51.16%.Among the people with balanced body constitution,the biased physical type to be heating of spleen and stomach(18.35%),special talent(17.57%),and spleen dampness(16.80%).Compared with different genders,qi-deficiency of lung and spleen of girls was significantly higher than that of male students(P<0.01).The special talent of boys was higher than that of girls(P<0.05).There were other biased physiques,and there was no significant difference between male and female(P>0.05).In the balanced body of the body,regardless of the total number of people or Male to female ratio,the tendency of biased body type is mainly heating of heart and liver heart-healing,qi-deficiency of lung and spleen,and heating of spleen and stomach.Conclusion 0-12 year’s childrens have a higher proportion of biased constitution,and the main biased physiques of different genders are different.The clinical health management plan should be formulated according to the physical characteristics of children.
