益气活血健脾利水方治疗脑出血并发消化道出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脑出血患者在应用益气活血健脾利水方后并发上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法180例脑出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组各90例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,观察组在西医治疗的同时加用中药益气活血健脾利水方治疗,疗程2周,观察2组治疗后消化道出血的发生率及并发消化道出血后的治疗效果。结果对照组、观察组发生消化道出血机率分别为25.6%、13.3%,治疗后2组总有效率为47.8%、83.3%,消化道出血发病率及发病后有效率存在明显差异,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论西药联合中药益气活血健脾利水方治疗脑出血,患者并发上消化道出血的发病率明显降低,并且在消化道出血发生后有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding after the application of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and invigorating spleen for diuresis recipe.Methods 180 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group.90 cases in the control group were treated with Western medicine.The observation group was treated with Western medicine and benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and invigorating spleen for diuresis recipe.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding after treatment and the effect of treatment after gastrointestinal bleeding was observed.Results The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding in the control group and the observation group was 25.6%and 13.3%respectively.After treatment,the total effective rate in the control group and the observation group was 47.8%and 83.3%.The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding and the effective rate were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and invigorating spleen for diuresis recipe for cerebral hemorrhage has lower incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and it has a good effect after gastrointestinal bleeding.
