摘　　要：本文对痞满的病因病机进行分析,认为痞满病机为脾胃受损,中焦气机升降失调,胃气壅塞而致。本文对痞满的辨证特点加以总结归纳,认为痞满辨证首分虚实,痞满应与胃痛、鼓胀、结胸相鉴别。此外,本文作者结合导师钱会南教授的临床经验与案例,提出痞满的治疗法则为调理脾胃气机升降、行气消痞,并对痞满病各类证型的论治特点进行阐述、分析并加以鉴别。In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of distention and fullness was analyzed,and it is considered that the pathogenesis of distention and fullness was caused by damage of spleen and stomach,imbalance of rise and fall of middle qi and choking of stomach qi.The syndrome differentiation characteristics of distention and fullness are summarized and it is believed that deficiency and excess are the first points in the differentiation of syndrome types of distention and fullness.It is considered that distention and fullness should be distinguished from stomachache,bulging and chest.In addition,based on the clinical experience and cases of Professor Qian Huinan,the author puts forward that the treatment principle of distention and fullness is to regulate the rise and fall of qi of the spleen and stomach and dissipate ruffian qi,and expounds the treatment characteristics of all kinds of syndrome types of distention and fullness.
