摘　　要：妊娠腹痛是妇科常见的疼痛性疾病,本病发生在女性特殊生理时期,临证治疗上绝不可见痛止痛,必须针对致痛的病因来治疗,病因祛除,则腹痛可止。本文意在阐述恩师求因治本,采用治病与安胎并举的治疗大法对妊娠腹痛一病的的治疗经验。Pregnancy abdominal pain is a common painful disease in gynecology.It occurs in the special physiological period of women.No pain can be seen in clinical treatment.It must be treated according to the cause of pain.If the cause is eliminated,abdominal pain can be relieved.The purpose of this article is to elaborate the experience of treating abdominal pain of pregnancy with the combination of treatment and fetal safety.
