华蟾素所致静脉炎的护理新进展

摘　　要：华蟾素在恶性肿瘤中药治疗中起到良好的作用,然而其对外周静脉刺激引起的疼痛、药液外渗及静脉炎等使患者难以接受。如何让患者更好地获得治疗,减少痛苦,提高生活质量,将是医护共同需要探讨的。通过查阅近年的国内外文献,现将华蟾素所致静脉炎的护理新进展研究文献进行了综述。Cinobufotalin plays a good role in the treatment of malignant tumors with traditional Chinese medicine,but its pain caused by peripheral venous stimulation,drug exosmosis and phlebitis make it difficult for patients to accept.How to get better treatment,reduce the pain and improve the quality of life will be the common needs of health care.By consulting the domestic and foreign literatures in recent years,this paper summarizes the latest progress in nursing care of phlebitis caused by cinobufotalin.
