中药肺腑汤治疗耐药性肺结核临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析常规西药治疗基础上联合中药肺腑汤治疗耐药性肺结核的临床效果。方法将2016年6月-2018年4月接受治疗的耐药性肺结核患者中的130例设为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(65例)以及对照组(65例)。对照组患者采用左氧氟沙星注射液、阿米卡星注射液、氨基水杨酸异烟肼片常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用中药肺腑汤治疗。对比2组患者治疗3个月后的临床效果以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者红细胞沉降率恢复正常、痰菌转阴、痰培养转阴、CT检查结果好转率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者不良反应率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),且2组患者经保肝治疗和对症治疗后不良反应消失。结论耐药性肺结核患者在常规治疗基础上加用中药肺腑汤能够获得更好效果,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of routine western medicine combined with Feifu decoction in the treatment of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 130 cases with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2018 were studied.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group of 65 cases and control group of 65 cases.The control group was treated with routine drugs.The observation group was treated with Feifu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were compared.Results Cell sedimentation rate returned to normal,Sputum bacteria turn negative,Sputum culture turned negative and improvement rate of CT findings in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).And the adverse reactions disappeared after liver protection and symptomatic treatment.Conclusion It is better for drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients to add traditional Chinese medicine Feifu decoction on the basis of routine treatment.And the adverse reactions are few,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
