头部刮痧辅助治疗外感热病临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨头部刮痧辅助治疗外感热病的临床效果。方法以2018年6月-2019年4月收治的126例外感热病患者作为对象进行研究,按照不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组(n=63,给予常规抗病毒、抗炎治疗)与观察组(n=63,在对照组基础上予以头部刮痧辅助治疗)。观察比较2组的治疗效果、退热时间,同时采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价患者治疗前后头痛程度。结果观察组的退热时间明显短于对照组,治疗总有效率(95.24%)显著高于对照组(82.54%)(P<0.05);2组治疗后30 min、2 h、4 h、6 h的VAS评分均比治疗前降低,但观察组降低程度更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于常规治疗基础上辅以头部刮痧治疗可有效缩短外感热病患者的退热时间,减轻头痛程度,提高患者治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of head scraping in the assisted treatment of exogenous fever.Methods 126 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were studied as subjects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group(n=63,received conventional antiviral and anti-inflammatory treatment)and the observation group(n=63,received supplementary treatment of head scraping on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effect and antipyretic time of the two groups were observed and compared.Meanwhile,visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of headache before and after treatment.Results The antipyretic time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.54%)(P<0.05).VAS scores of both groups at 30min,2h,4h and 6h after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but the reduction degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment supplemented by the head scraping treatment can effectively shorten the time of fever fever patients,reduce the degree of headache,and improve the therapeutic effect.
