喘可治注射液穴位注射配合穴位按摩治疗喘病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察喘可治注射液穴位注射配合穴位按摩治疗喘病(慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期)的疗效。方法将收治的50例喘病患者,采用随机数字表法分对照组和试验组,2组患者在性别、年龄、病情等一般资料相比差异无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上运用喘可治注射液穴位注射及穴位按摩治疗,连续治疗7 d为1个疗程。结果试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,2组总有效率比较,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论运用穴位注射及穴位按摩治疗喘病,有利于缓解患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等症状。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint injection of Chuangkezhi injection combined with acupoint massage on asthma syndrome(acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).Methods 50 cases of asthmatic patients admitted to our hospital.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data such as sex,age and condition(P>0.05).Patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method.Routine treatment was applied in the control group.The experimental group was treated by acupoint injection of Chuangkezhi injection and acupoint massage on the basis of routine treatment.Contact therapy for 7 days is a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection and acupoint massage in the trestment of asthma is helpful to relieve the symptoms of cough,sputum and wheezing.
