养阴清肺汤联合莫西沙星雾化治疗COPD并发呼吸衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究养阴清肺汤联合莫西沙星雾化治疗COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法收集2018年4月-2019年4月收治的COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者70例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各35例,对照组患者予以莫西沙星雾化吸入100mg,每日3次。试验组在对照组基础上予以养阴清肺汤治疗,2周为1个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后对比2组患者临床疗效、血清白蛋白、NT-proBNP、氧合功能及不良反应情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,血清白蛋白、PO2及PO2/Fi O2较高,NT-proBNP、PCO2较低,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴清肺汤联合莫西沙星雾化能够显著改善COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者临床症状,上调血清白蛋白水平,降低NT-proBNP水平,改善氧合功能。Objective To explore the clinical study of Yangyi n Qingfei decoction combined with moxifloxacin atomization in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure.Methods Seventy COPD patients with respiratory failure in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group and study group,with 35 cases in each.The control group received moxifloxacin aerosol inhalation 100 mg,tid,and the study group received Yangyin Qingfei decoction on the basis of the control group.2 weeks as 1 course,and 2 groups were treated for 2 courses.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum albumin,NT-proBNP,oxygenation function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher,serum albumin,PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 were higher,NT-proBNP and PaCO2 were lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with moxifloxacin atomization can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of COPD patients with respiratory failure,increase serum albumin level,reduce NT-proBNP level and improve oxygenation function.
