揿针治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的理论基础探析

摘　　要：目的探索揿针治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的理论基础。方法结合本病的中医病因病机及临床表现,通过对相关文献的检索及整理从中医学以及现代医学角度分析揿针治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的原理。结果单疱病毒性角膜炎病位在黑睛,脏腑辨证为肝,风、热、痰、瘀、虚为本病发病机制中的重要病理因素。而揿针治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的中医理论基础来源于皮部-经络理论和卫气理论,在现代医学方面则主要基于皮-脑轴理论。结论揿针治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎理论基础较为充分,相关临床或实验研究可进一步开展,为揿针的广泛应用提供临床依据。Objective To explore the theoretical basis of thumbtack nee dl e in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods According to the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of this disease,the principle of treatment of herpes simplex keratitis with thumbtack needle was analyzed from the perspective of Chinese medicine and modern medicine through the retrieval and collation of relevant literatures.Results The location of the disease was black eye,the viscera was liver,wind,heat,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency were important pathological factors in the pathogenesis of the disease.However,the theoretical basis of acupuncture for HSK is derived from the theory of cutaneous meridians and wei qi,while in modern medicine,it is mainly based on the theory of cutaneous brain axis.Conclusion The theoretical basis for the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis with subcutaneous acupuncture is relatively sufficient,and relevant clinical or experimental studies can be further carried out to provide a clinical basis for the extensive application of subcutaneous acupuncture.
