除痹汤联合膝关节围刺对寒热错杂型类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟除痹汤联合膝关节围刺对寒热错杂型类风湿性关节炎疗效观察。方法选取2018年1月到2019年1月在辽宁省大连市大连市中医医院针灸门诊的80例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对2组患者采用临床常规的治疗方法,对照组40例采用临床常规西医甲氨蝶呤加雷公藤多苷治疗;试验组40例采用自拟除痹汤联合膝关节围刺的治疗方法,比较两组患者治疗后压痛关节数,肿胀关节数,晨僵时间以及两组患者双手握力和两组患者临床中医证候积分变化。结果试验组患者治疗后压痛关节数,肿胀关节数,晨僵时间少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后双手握力多于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后中医证候积分少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对寒热错杂型类风湿性关节炎患者来说,采取自拟除痹汤联合膝关节围刺进行治疗的临床效果较好,可以增加类风湿性关节炎患者疗效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of self-made Qubi decoction combined with knee joint encircling needling in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of intermingled cold and heat type.Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional western medicine methotrexate and Tripterygium glycoside.The experimental group of 40 cases was treated with self-made Qubi decoction combined with knee joint encircling needling.The number of tenderness joints,swelling joints,morning stiffness,hand grip strength of two groups and clinical traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral changes of two groups were compared.Results The number of pain joints,swelling joints and morning stiffness in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was less than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was less than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with rheumatoid arthritis of intermingled cold and heat type,the clinical effect of self-made Qubi decoction combined with knee joint encircling needling is better,which is worth popularizing.
