摘　　要：[目的]研究心脏病病人实施心脏病Ⅰ期康复训练和心理指导对其心功能、6MWT及生活质量的影响情况。[方法]选择医院2017年5月—2018年5月收治的心脏病病人124例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施Ⅰ期康复训练和心理指导,两组病人均干预至出院。观察两组病人入院及出院当日左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、世界卫生组织生活质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)变化情况。[结果]观察组出院当日LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF水平改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院当日6MWT、WHOQOL-BREF评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]心脏病病人实施心脏病Ⅰ期康复训练和心理指导能有效改善病人心功能,提高6 min步行试验距离,明显改善病人生活质量。Objective:To study the effects of cardiac Ⅰ phase rehabilitation training and psychological guidance on cardiac function,6 MWT and quality of life in patients with cardiac disease.Methods:A total of 124 patients with cardiac disease admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in observation group were given Ⅰ phase rehabilitation training and psychological guidance on the basis of the control group,and the intervention stopped until discharge.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-min walking test(6 MWT) and World Health Organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF) were observed in the two groups on the day of admission and on the day of discharge.Results:On the day of discharge,the improvements of LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the improvements of scores of 6 MWT and WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cardiac phase I rehabilitation training and psychological guidance for patients with cardiac disease can effectively improve the cardiac function,enhance 6-min walking distance,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
