高危急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿维持治疗期持续动态分级营养管理效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察持续动态分级营养管理在高危急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)维持治疗期患儿中的应用效果。[方法]选择持续动态分级营养管理模式实施前(2017年5月—2017年12月)和实施后(2018年1月—2018年8月)就治于某院的高危ALL患儿各48例为研究样本,实施前后患儿分别设为对照组与试验组。对照组接受常规营养管理,试验组接受持续动态分级营养管理,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。[结果]试验组干预后营养管理有效率明显高于对照组,干预期内并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用持续动态分级营养管理对高危急性淋巴细胞白血病维持治疗期患儿施加干预,可取得良好的营养管理成效,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of continuous dynamic grading nutrition management in maintenance treatment for children with high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods:Before the implementation of the continuous dynamic grading nutrition management model(May-December 2017)and after the implementation(January-August 2018),a total of 48 cases of high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia children treated in our hospital were selected as research samples.The children before and after the implementation were respectively taken as the control group and the experimental group,the patients in control group received the routine nutrition management,and the patients in experimental group received the continuous dynamic grading nutrition management.The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results:The effective rate of nutrition management after intervention of high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The incidence of complications during the intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of continuous dynamic grading nutrition management for the intervention of children with high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia during maintenance treatment can achieve good results of nutrition management and reduce the incidence of complications.
