摘 要:[目的]寻找积极有效、简便易行的慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人运动健康管理模式,提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人的运动自我调控效能与生活质量。[方法]采用微信平台的方式,以目标设置理论为指导,对56例慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人进行个体化运动管理,比较干预前与干预3个月后6 min步行试验距离及运动自我调控效能量表评分结果。[结果]干预3个月后,6 min步行试验距离增加(P<0.01),运动自我调控效能量表评分结果较干预前有所改善(P<0.01)。[结论]以目标设置理论为指导,应用微信平台的方式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人进行个性化运动管理,有助于提升病人运动自我调控效能,促进病人实现有效安全的运动并养成良好运动习惯,对其病情的控制有良好效果。Objective:To find out an active,effective and easy-to-operate exercise health management model for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and to improve the exercise self-regulation efficiency and quality of life of these patients.Methods:A total of 56 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease received personalized exercise management by We-Chat platform based on the guidance of the Goal Setting Theory.The distance of 6minutes walking test and the scores of Motor Self-regulation Efficacy Scale were compared before and 3 months after intervention.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the distance of 6minutes walking test was increased(P<0.01),and the scores of Exercise Self-regulation Efficacy Scale were higher than that before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusions:Guided by the goal setting theory,the personalized exercise management based on WeChat platform for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was conducive to improving the exercise self-regulation efficiency of patients,promoting patients to achieve effective and safe exercise and develop good exercise habits,and then controlling their disease condition.
