摘　　要：斜拉索是斜拉桥的重要受力构件,冷铸锚是斜拉索的重要组成部分,随着斜拉索钢丝强度级别的提高,需要与之匹配的冷铸锚具和冷铸填料,以满足结构受力要求。介绍了冷铸锚具的材料选择、优化设计、制造过程以及防护方式。制作了一组试验索,进行弯曲疲劳试验及静载试验检验,试验结果表明,各项指标符合设计和标准规范要求,冷铸锚固性能安全可靠。The stay cable is an important stress component of the cable-stayed bridge,and the chilled casting anchor is an important part of the stay cable. With the improvement of the strength level of the steel wire of stay cable,the matching chilled casting anchorage device and filler are required to meet the structural stress requirements. The material selection,optimization design,manufacturing process and protection mode of the chilled casting anchorage device are introduced. A group of test cables are made and tested by bending fatigue test and static load test. The test results show that,all indexes meet the requirements of design and standard specifications,and the chilled casting anchorage performance is safe and reliable.
