玉溪矿业公司选厂Ⅲ系列提高铜回收率实践研究

摘　　要：随着资源的日益匮乏、严峻的经济形势,将新工艺新技术有效的应用到生产中,充分回收有用矿物,有效的提高选矿经济技术指标。玉溪矿业公司选厂Ⅲ系列铜回收率与Ⅰ、Ⅱ系列存在着不小的差距,说明Ⅲ系列铜回收率还有一定的提升空间,一选厂Ⅲ系列通过流程改造,多个灵活流程灵活切换,提高铜回收率0.85个百分点。With the increasing scarcity of resources and severe economic situation,the new process and new technology are effectively applied to the production to fully recover useful minerals and effectively improve the economic and technical indicators of beneficiation.There is a big gap between Series III copper recovery rate and series I and II copper recovery rate in Yuxi mining company’s concentrator,which shows that Series III copper recovery rate still has some room for improvement.Series III copper recovery rate of No.1 concentrator is improved by 0.85 percentage points through process transformation and flexible switching of multiple processes.
