摘　　要：Φ2.4×30m冷却机是我厂成功应用于高温氧化铝生产行业中的列管冷却回转设备。其依托于沈阳铝镁设计研究院的技术,结合我厂多年积累的设计与制造经验,于2016年进行开发制造了用于高温氧化铝的无水冷却设备。其在中铝中州铝业有限公司稳定运行、投产且取得了良好的经济效益。Φ2.4×30m cooler is a pipe cooling and rotating equipment successfully used in our factory in the high temperature alumina production industry.Relying on the technology of Shenyang Aluminum Magnesium Design and Research Institute,combined with the design and manufacturing experience accumulated by our factory for many years,we developed and manufactured water-free cooling equipment for high temperature alumina in 2016.It has been operating stably in chinalco Zhongzhou Aluminum Co.,Ltd.,and has achieved good economic benefits.
