摘 要:环境传播衍生为国家形象建构与话语权力博弈的场域。该文基于比较视野考察Google News平台上中印两国雾霾议题的呈现,探究西方眼中东方国家环境形象建构的差异及成因。研究发现中国雾霾议题被程式化地纳入富有冲突性的“政治化”框架,印度因具有与西方亲缘性的政治形态而被赋予“合理性”解释,中国媒体的声音几乎被掩盖,但印度媒体在搜索指征上被给予更多权重。在对中印两国“区别对待”的建构框架中,环境议题亦渗入西方冷战思维,成为“中国威胁论”持续延伸的又一维度。如何超越西方固有的“霸权逻辑”深入当下新型媒介生态,以“共同体”价值理念来建构中国环境话语,是环境传播研究值得探讨的新问题。Environmental communication has evolved into the field of national image construction and discourse power game.Based on a comparative perspective,this study examines the construction of haze issues in China and India on the Google News platform,and explores the differences and causes in the environmental image construction of Eastern countries in the Western perspective.The study found that,China s haze issue was stylized into a conflicting“politicized”framework.India was given a“reasonable”explanation because of its political affinities with the West.The voice of the Chinese media was almost obscured,but the Indian media have been given more weight in search indicators.In the framework of“differential treatment”between China and India,environmental issues have also penetrated into the Western Cold War confrontation thinking,which has become another dimension of the“China threat theory”.This study believes that it is a new theoretical direction of environmental communication to deeply explore the new media ecology to surpass the inherent“hegemonic logic”of the West,and to construct the Chinese environmental discourse with the“community”value concept.
