集束化护理路径在颅咽管瘤术后病人中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理路径在颅咽管瘤术后病人中的应用效果。方法:将我院100例颅咽管瘤术后病人随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组术后采用优质护理服务,观察组术后实施集束化护理路径管理,比较两种护理模式的护理效果。结果:观察组护理综合满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组电解质紊乱、尿崩症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组电解质紊乱、尿崩症持续时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在颅咽管瘤术后病人实施集束化护理路径,可提高患者对护士综合满意度,减少颅咽管瘤术后并发症发生率及持续时间,提高了治疗、护理效果。Objective: To investigate the effect of cluster nursing pathway in postoperative patients with craniopharyngioma. Methods: 100 patients w ith craniopharyngioma w ere divided into control group( n = 50) and observation group( n = 50). The quality nursing service w as used in the control group and the cluster nursing path management w as carried out in the observation group. The clinical nursing effects of the tw o nursing models w ere compared. Results: The overall satisfaction degree of patients in the cluster nursing path group w as significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the incidence of electrolyte disorder and diabetes insipidus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The duration of the observation group w ere significantly low er than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of cluster nursing path in postoperative patients w ith craniopharyngioma can improve the comprehensive satisfaction of patients,reduce the incidence and duration of postoperative complications of craniopharyngioma,and improve the effect of nursing treatment.
