摘　　要：通过梳理探析关节的运动类型、附属运动与生理运动的关系、微小错位理论、关节松动术检查评估及治疗体位选择、关节松动手法操作分级及其特点与应用选择、关节的凸凹原则与治疗平面、适应症的选择,总结关节松动术的理论体系要点以及其临床意义;关节松动术完备的理论体系,有利于促进手法医学的规范化、客观化,促进手法治疗从经验医学向循证医学实践发展。By combing and analyzing the type of joint movement,the relationship between ancillary movement and physiological movement,the theory of tiny dislocation,the evaluation of joint mobilization and the choice of treatment position,the classification and the characteristics of joint mobilization manipulation and its application,the concave-convex principle and the treatment plane of joint mobilization,the choice of indications. And then we can summarize the main points of the theoretical system of joint mobilization and its clinical significance. Complete theory system of joint mobilization is conducive to promoting the standardization and the objectification of manual medicine and promoting the development of manual therapy from empirical medicine to evidence-based medicine practice.
