摘　　要：TDC风扇作为工业设备的关键散热设备,是确保安全生产的基本保障。但是由于TDC风扇一般安装在专用机柜内,本身不具备故障预警功能。当TDC风扇由于长时间运行发生故障时直接导致生产停机,造成巨大损失。文章对TDC风扇在线测试仪及在实际工作中的意义进行讨论。TDC fan as the key cooling equipment of industrial equipment,is the basic guarantee to ensure the safety of production.However,because TDC fans are generally installed in special cabinets,they do not have fault warning function.When the TDC fan fails due to long-time operation,it will directly lead to production shutdown,resulting in huge losses.This paper discusses the TDC fan on-line tester and its signifi cance in practical work.
