摘  要:气候变化正成为全球工业面临的紧迫问题。污染、有毒产品和温室气体(GHG)排放是公众认为与皮革工业有关的主要问题。生命周期评价(LCA)方法是评价产品生命周期环境影响的实用工具。这项研究的重点是在从摇篮到大门的情况下,成品牛皮革的温室气体排放。全球变暖在牛皮革成品的生命周期中的贡献被量化并表示为碳足迹。包括生皮在内的原材料的投入是以质量来衡量的,而牛制革的产出是以表面积来衡量的。由于皮革的这种特殊性质,本研究着重于研究生命周期温室气体排放量与成品牛皮革厚度的相关性。最后得出结论:牛皮革成品厚度对碳足迹有显著影响。这项研究提高了制革厂和下游鞋类制造商的意识,将厚度作为未来生命周期环境影响研究的一个重要因素。此外,本研究也为进一步研究制革厂亚洲皮革业供应链的产品碳足迹奠定了基础。climate change is becoming an urgent problem for global industry.Pollution,toxic products and greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions are the major issues that the public considers relevant to the leather industry.Life cycle assessment(LCA)is a practical tool to evaluate the environmental impact of product life cycle.The study focused on greenhouse gas emissions of finished cow leather from cradle to gate.The contribution of global warming to the life cycle of cattle leather products is quantified and expressed as carbon footprint.The input of raw materials,including raw hides,is measured by quality,while the output of cattle leather is measured by surface area.Due to this special nature of leather,this study focuses on the study of the correlation between the life cycle greenhouse gas emissions and the thickness of finished cattle leather.Finally,it is concluded that the thickness of cattle leather has a significant effect on the carbon footprint.This study has raised the awareness of tanneries and downstream footwear manufacturers,with thickness as an important factor in future life cycle environmental impact studies.In addition,this study also laid a foundation for further research on the product carbon footprint of leather industry supply chain in Asia.
