摘  要:制革厂产生大量含有浓剂量金属(主要是铬)沉积物。这种废物通过土地最常用的设置音响灌装,而危害生态系统由于铬的浸出。用快速生长的树木对弃置场进行绿化可以稳定土壤中的污染物并防止其扩散。这项研究的目的是要检查胡杨的适应性:用生化和蛋白质组学方法处理制革废料。我们分析了树叶和改变网络在土壤或制革废料中种植的杨树的新根。该实验表明,蛋白质组学分析具有将富铬皮革厂废物的影响与生物学后果联系起来的潜力。tanneries produce a large number of deposits containing concentrated metals(mainly chromium).This kind of waste is filled by the most commonly used sound equipment in the land,and the harm to the ecosystem is due to the leaching of chromium.Greening the dump site with fast-growing trees can stabilize the pollutants in the soil and prevent their diffusion.The aim of this study is to examine the adaptability of Populus euphratica:to treat leather waste with biochemical and proteomic methods.We analyzed the leaves and changed the new roots of poplars planted in the soil or in tannery waste.This experiment shows that proteomics analysis has the potential to link the impact of chromium rich leather plant waste with biological consequences.
