摘　　要：根据氯乙烯悬浮聚合生产PVC树脂的工艺特点,分析了影响聚合生产能力的主要因素,并提出通过缩短聚合反应时间、聚合辅助时间,提高单釜产量等措施来提高聚合釜的生产能力。According to the technological characteristics of PVC resin production by suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride,the main factors affecting the production capacity of polymerization were analyzed.The measures to improve the production capacity of polymerizer were proposed,such as shortening the polymerization reaction time and auxiliary time,and increasing the PVC production of each batch.
