摘　　要：主要介绍了三钢高速线材生产线2017年升级改造中,主轧线电控系统改造的主要内容。介绍了微张力控制和自适应控制的基本原理和控制方法。重点分析了改造后存在的主要问题和响应的解决办法。Here mainly introduces the main contents of the main rolling line electric control system reform in the 2017 upgrading and reconstruction of the High Speed Wire Rod Mill Production Line in Sansteel.The basic principles and control methods of micro-tension control and adaptive control are introduced.Focus on the analysis of the main problems and solutions after the transformation.
