摘  要:四川某氧化铅锌矿铅含量为1.72%、锌含量为5.54%、银含量为14.80 g/t,铅锌主要以氧化物的形态存在。采用“先硫后氧,先铅后锌”的原则流程进行了铅锌选别的浮选条件试验研究及开闭路试验研究。结果表明:采用锌浮选半闭路的浮选流程,可获得铅精矿含铅为60.48%,铅回收率为80.39%,含银为314.00 g/t、银回收率为48.58%;锌精矿含锌为29.52%,锌回收率为72.44%,含银为25.40 g/t,银回收率为23.32%。为该类型资源的开发利用提供了指导借鉴。One Lead-zinc Oxide Ore in Sichuan,which lead content is 1.72%,zinc content is 5.54%,silver content is 14.80 g/t,lead and zinc mainly exists in form of oxides.The principle flow sheet"using sulphurization first,then oxidation second,treatment of lead first,then zinc"is adopted for flotation condition experimental study of lead and zinc,as well as the closed circuit experimental study.The results show:the half closed flotation flow sheet of zinc flotation is adopted,we can get the lead concentrate with 60.48%lead content,and the recovery rate of lead is 80.39%,the silver content is 314.00 g/t,the recovery rate of silver is 48.58%,and we can get the zinc concentrate with 29.52%zinc content,the recovery rate of zinc is 72.44%,the silver content is 25.40 g/t,the silver recovery rate is 23.32%,which supplies the reference guide for development and utilization of this kind of resources.
