摘　　要：针对锌冶炼厂硫酸锌溶液中Ca^2+的含量偏高,进行了在锅炉尾气脱硫液、硫酸厂烟气脱硫液中添加亚硫酸钠除钙试验研究,研究结果表明,最佳条件为锅炉尾气脱硫液和硫酸锌溶液比例1∶3,亚硫酸钠添加量为2.5%,反应时间60 min,除钙率可以达到98.61%。Calcium removal experimental study is carried out by addition of sodium sulfite in doctor solution from boiler's tail gas and sulfuric acid plant's fume,according to high Ca^2+content in the zinc sulfate solution of zinc smelting plant;the study results show,the best conditions are:the proportion of doctor solution from boiler's tail gas and zinc sulfate solution is 1:3,the addition amount of sodium sulfite is 2.5%,the reaction time is 60 min,the calcium removal rate can reach to 98.61%.
