摘　　要：细粉料包装技术影响生产环境,运输过程的安全。传统包装成本高、效率低,应用TRIZ创新技术,将自动供袋机、垂直螺旋输送机、包装封口机组成新的生产线,形成细粉料垂直螺旋全自动包装机组,解决污染、高成本、低效率问题。The traditional packaging technology of fine powder affects the production environment and the safety of transportation with high packaging cost and low efficiency.In this regard,TRIZ innovative technology is applied to form a new production line composed of automatic bag-feeding machine,vertical screw conveyor,as well as packaging and sealing machine.The vertical screw automatic packaging unit for fine powder material can solve the problems of pollution,high cost and low efficiency.
