摘 要:这项研究的目的是确定利用相思树皮(Acacia mangium Willd)树皮中的植物鞣制成分确定皮革的特性。鞣剂成分以树皮粉和提取物的形式提供。将树皮制成粉末的第一阶段和第二阶段是从A.mangium树皮中提取单宁。用水1000萃取加热30分钟,然后蒸发,得到单宁提取物。然后,使用两种材料进行第二阶段的鞣制过程。数据分析使用配对的两个样本进行均值T检验。统计分析结果表明,所生产皮革的特性存在显着差异。使用A.mangium树皮鞣制的皮革的化学分析获得的水分含量为16.76%,灰分为3.42%,单宁含量为18.99%和鞣制度为38.21%,而使用制革厂A.mangium树皮提取物鞣制的皮革的化学分析的水分含量为16.03。%,灰分4.18%,结合单宁32.41%和鞣制度84.82%。使用A.mangium的皮革的物理性质树皮粉末的抗张强度为493.84kg/cm2,伸长率为34.94%,zwik强度/持久性为6.66mm(皮革开裂)。相比皮革的制革工人使用的特点马占相思树皮提取物,抗张强度为254.32公斤/厘米2,延伸率44.39%,zwik/lastability强度8.63毫米(皮革没有破裂)the purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of leather by using the plant tanning components in Acacia mangium wild bark.Tanning ingredients are provided in the form of bark powder and extract.The first and second stages of powdering bark are tannin extraction from A.mangium bark.The tannin extract was extracted with water 100 and heated for 30 minutes,then evaporated to obtain tannin extract.Then,two materials are used for the second stage of tanning process.In data analysis,paired two samples were used for mean t test.The results of statistical analysis show that there are significant differences in the characteristics of leather produced.The moisture content of leather tanned with A.mangium bark extract was 16.76%,ash 3.42%,tannin 18.99%and tanning 38.21%,while that tanned with A.mangium bark extract was 16.03.%,ash 4.18%,tannin 32.41%and tanning system 84.82%.Physical properties of leather using A.mangium the tensile strength of bark powder is 493.84 kg/cm2,the elongation is 34.94%,and the zwik strength/durability is 6.66 mm(leather cracking).Compared with the characteristics used by leather workers,Acacia mangium bark extract has tensile strength of 254.32 kg/cm2,elongation of 44.39%,zwik/lastability of 8.63 mm(leather is not cracked)
