摘　　要：亚洲基础设施投资银行B标段钢结构施工中,针对工程量大,场地狭小,工期紧张等难点,通过分析讨论解决了单构件重量大、场地受限造成的构件水平运输问题,根据不同阶段重点协调主次工序交接,合理设置流水段,仅用81d完成了3.9万t钢结构的高难度安装工作.Construction of the steel structure in Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank project bid section B involved large workload,narrow construction site and tight construction schedule.After analysis and discussion,relevant horizontal transportation difficulties due to big weight o f single component and limit site area were overcome.Primary and secondary construction sequences were effectively arranged and construction flow sections were reasonably set,to successfully finish the installation of 390001 steel structure within only 81 d.
