摘　　要：亚洲基础设施投资银行工程,因设计变更需在首层楼板上增加l道混凝土梁,对此采取剃毛原混凝土表面、打孔植筋、后开浇筑洞等方法,在不影响原结构构件安全的前提下,实现了设计变更意图,且施工简便,成本较低,安全有效.Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank project involved design alteration to add a piece of concrete beam on the ground floor roof.To avoid influence on the safety of existing structure,various construction methods were used,such as roughening the concrete surface,drilling hole and embedding steel bar and post-drilling of casting hole,etc.,successfully fulfilling the design alteration and realizing convenient,low-cost,safe and effective construction.
