摘 要:PHC管桩具有成品质量可靠,单桩承载力高,静压施工速度快,污染少,桩破损率低,建设投资周期短,对周边影响小等优点.分析PHC管桩的应用特点、桩基设计、生产和施工技术.以某高层建筑为例,通过技术质量经济性定量分析,对比PHC管桩、预制方桩、灌注桩等指标,结果表明PHC管桩在同等地质场地的工程中有更好的社会经济效益.The application characteristics,pile foundation design,production and construction technology of PHC pipe pile in engineering construction are analyzed in detail,and the advantages of comprehensive application of PHC pipe pile engineering construction are discussed.Taking a high-rise building as the research background,through quantitative analysis of technical quality and economy,prefabricated square piles and cast-in-place piles in engineering construction are compared.The results show that PHC pipe piles have better social and economic benefits in engineering application of the same geological site,and can be used for the analysis of similar pipe piles and the same regional engineering.
