摘 要:某32m深基坑设有4道水平支撑,共支撑混凝土拆除量达2万m^3.经分析拆除工程要求,周边环境和现场施工条件,应用微振动控制爆破法,以爆破为主,小型镐头机破碎为辅,将基坑内的在建建筑和周边建筑的振动控制在允许范围内,取得了经济快捷、安全可靠、降低拆除劳动强度等成果.Four horizontal supports were set in a 32 m deep foundation pit to support totally 20,000 m^3 of concrete which would be dismantled.The dismantlement requirements,surrounding environment and site construction conditions were analyzed and it was determined to use micro-vibration control explosion method,which takes explosion as main form cooperated with pickaxe machine smashing.This method could control the vibration of buildings in and surrounding the foundation pit within the accepted scope.It is economic,convenient,safe and reliable,and could reduce the dismantlement workload.
