化学沉淀法处理烟气脱硫废水的实验研究

摘　　要：采用化学沉淀法处理烟气脱硫废水中的SO4^2-,从pH、AlCl3、沉淀反应时间、SO4^2-初始浓度、搅拌速度等方面研究了SO4^2-去除率的影响因素。结果表明,利用钙矾石处理后的烟气脱硫废水,当pH值为10,AlCl3浓度为57.5%,搅拌速度为400 r/min,反应时间为12min时,脱硫废水中SO4^2-去除效果最好,可以达到95.82%。得到的沉淀产物为钙矾石结晶,可以很好地在蓬松土领域应用。The SO4^2- in flue gas desulfurization wastewater was treated by chemical precipitation method.The factors affecting the removal rate of SO4^2- were studied from the aspects of pH,AlCl3,precipitation reaction time,SO4^2-initial concentration and stirring speed.The results show that the SO4^2- removal effect of desulfurization wastewater is the best when the pH value is 10,the AlCl3 concentration is 57.5%,the stirring speed is 400 r/min,and the reaction time is 12 min.Can reach 95.82%.The precipitated product obtained is ettringite crystal and can be applied well in the field of fluffy soil.
