基于供给侧结构性改革背景下造纸及纸制品行业综合效益评价

摘　　要：受全球金融危机以及绿色可持续发展理念的影响,我国造纸行业发展正面临着转型升级的巨大压力。基于供给侧改革背景,对我国造纸及纸制品业综合效益进行了评价分析。首先对我国供给侧改革背景及当前我国造纸及纸制品业发展现状、研究现状进行了分析;其次对造纸及纸制品业综合效益评价指标体系的指标选取、数据来源与研究方法进行了综述;再次利用我国规模以上造纸及纸制品企业2019年相关数据进行了实证分析,利用突变级数法获得了相关造纸及纸制品企业在经济、环境、社会三方面的综合效益评价;最后根据分析结果从经济、环境、社会三方面给出了未来我国造纸及纸制品业进行供给侧改革的改进对策。Influenced by the global financial crisis and the concept of green sustainable development, the development of China’s paper industry is facing tremendous pressure of transformation and upgrading. Based on the background of supply side reform, the comprehensive benefits of China’s papermaking and paper products industry were evaluated and analyzed. Firstly, the background of supply side reform and the current development and research status of China’s papermaking and paper products industry were analyzed;secondly, the index selection, data source and research methods of the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of papermaking and paper products industry were summarized;thirdly, based on the data of China’s paper and paper products enterprises in 2019, an empirical analysis was made, By using the catastrophe progression method, the comprehensive benefit evaluation of related papermaking and paper products enterprises in economy, environment and society was obtained. Finally, according to the analysis results, the improvement countermeasures of supply side reform of China’s papermaking and paper products industry in the future were given from three aspects of economy, environment and society.
