摘　　要：目的评价青岛市2012~2018年急性迟缓性麻痹(AFP)监测信息报告管理系统运转情况,保证青岛市保持无脊灰状态。方法用描述性流行病学方法通过2012年启用的AFP监测信息报告管理系统对2012~2018年青岛市报告的AFP病例进行分析。结果 2012~2018年,青岛市AFP病例监测系统合计报告127例,19例为非AFP病例,108例为AFP病例,其中发病年龄最大的为14岁,最小的3个月,以1~3岁组发病率最高,男女比例为1.35∶1,按发病地区、季节分布均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。除2012和2013年外,2014~2018年AFP病例报告发病率均在1/10万以上。完成4次基础免疫的病例为60例(55.56%);有免疫史但未完成全部基础免疫的病例为45例(41.67%),服苗情况不详的为2例,没有接种记录的1例。2012~2018年AFP病例监测指标均大于80%。结论青岛市AFP监测系统的敏感性、及时性及完整性均达到国家卫生部标准,继续巩固青岛市维持无脊灰状态。Objective To ensure polio-free status in Qingdao through AFP surveillance system evaluation from 2012-2018. Methods The method of descriptive statistical analysis was used for analyzing AFP cases reported in Qingdao city during 2012-2018. Results There were totally 127 cases reported through AFP surveillance system in Qingdao city during 2012-2018(19 cases=non AFP,108 cases=AFP).The eldest case was 14 years old and the youngest case was only 3 months old.The highest incidence was 1-3 age group and male female ratio was 1.35:1.There was no statistical significance on the regional and seasonal distribution(P>0.05).Except 2012 and 2013,the incidence of reported cases were all over 1/10~5 from 2014-2018.60 cases(55.56%) completed 4 immunization;45 cases(41.67%) had partial immunization history;2 cases were not quite clear on immunization history;only 1 case had no immunization history.AFP monitoring index in Qingdao city during 2012-2018 were all over 80%. Conclusion The sensibility,timeliness and integrity of AFP surveillance system are all up to national standard.
