摘　　要：目的了解山东省碘缺乏地区目标人群防治知识的认知情况,评价2018年碘缺乏病健康教育的成效。方法抽取山东省14个市的48个碘缺乏病县(市、区),在项目县选定的乡镇和行政村中开展健康教育活动。并抽取部分5年级学生和家庭主妇进行干预前后碘缺乏病防治知识的健康教育问卷调查。结果健康教育前调查全省小学生4 388人,防治知识知晓率为79.79%;健康教育后调查4 385人,防治知识知晓率为96.81%;提高了17.02%(P<0.01)。健康教育前调查家庭主妇2 366人,防治知识知晓率为74.06%;健康教育后调查2 191人,防治知识知晓率为96.52%;提高了22.46%(P<0.01)。结论实施健康教育干预后,小学生和家庭主妇的碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率均显著提高。Objective To understand the cognition of prevention and control knowledge of target population in iodine deficiency area of Shandong province,and evaluate the effect of iodine deficiency disease health education in 2018. Methods A total of 48 iodine deficience disease(IDD) counties(cities and districts) from 14 cities in Shandong province were selected to carry out health education activities in selected townships and villages of the project counties.Some grade 5 students and housewives were selected to conduct questionnaires on the knowledge of iodine deficiency disease prevention and control before and after intervention. Results A total of 4 388 primary school studentswere surveyed in the province before health education,the prevention awareness rate was 79.79%;4 385 people were surveyed after health education,the prevention awareness rate was 96.81%;increased by 17.02%(P<0.01).Before health education,2 366 housewives were surveyed,and the prevention awareness rate was 74.06%;2 191 people were surveyed after health education,the prevention awareness rate was 96.52%;increased by 22.46%(P<0.01). Conclusion After the implementation of health education intervention,the prevention awareness rate of primary school students and housewives has been significantly increased.
