摘  要:在火电厂中,除灰系统是非常重要的配套辅助系统,用于将燃煤发电过程中产生的工业废物清除。在实际操作中,气力除灰系统主要以压缩空气为载体,在使用时与粉粒进行混合,通过密闭管道使用气力向另一处进行输送。本文重点阐述电厂除灰系统运行过程中的主要流程,分析出现火电厂气力除灰不畅的具体原因,以及提高电厂气力除灰系统运行效果的对策。In the power plant,the ash removal system is a very important supporting auxiliary system for removing industrial wastes that occur during the power generation process of the power plant.In the actual operation process,pneumatic transportation mainly uses compressed air as a carrier,and when it is used,it is mixed with powder particles,and it is conveyed to another place by pneumatic force through a closed pipeline.This article focuses on the main processes in the operation of the power plant ash removal system,the specific reasons for the poor power ash removal system in the thermal power plant,and how to improve the operation effect of the power ash removal system.
