摘  要:以硝酸镁、硝酸锌、硝酸铝为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,制备了Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs前体,利用离子交换反应成功将阴离子紫外线吸收剂磺基水杨酸根(SSA)嵌入到Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs新型层中制备了新型紫外抗老化剂Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs,并利用Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs对沥青进行改性,采用XRD,FTIR,SEM,EDS,UV-Vis等分析手段对前体及紫外抗氧化剂进行表征,考察了改性沥青的性能。表征结果显示,Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs层板具有阻隔部分紫外线的能力,没有阻隔的紫外线又被层间SSA吸收,有效阻止了沥青氧化,提高了沥青的耐老化性能。实验结果表明,Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs的加入延缓了沥青的紫外氧化速度,有利于延长沥青材料的使用寿命,具有重要的经济和社会效益。A precursor Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs was prepared with magnesium nitrate,zinc nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials and urea as precipitant. A new anti-ultraviolet-aging agent Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs was successfully synthetized by intercalating sulphosalicylic acid(SSA),an anionic ultraviolet absorbent,in the layers of Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs through ion exchange,and then was used for modifying the asphalt. The precursor Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs and the Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM,EDS,UV-Vis. The properties of the modified asphalt were investigated. The results indicated that the Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs layers blocked part of the ultraviolet radiation. Meanwhile,the ultraviolet radiation remained was absorbed by interlayer SSA,which prevented the oxidation of asphalt and improved the aging resistance of asphalt. The experimental results showed that the Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-SSA-LDHs added slowed down the ultraviolet oxidation rate of asphalt,extended the service life of asphalt,and had important economic and social bene?ts.
