摘  要:在流化床冷模实验装置上,以空气和氯化氢制氯气催化剂为介质,研究了不同操作条件对轴向、径向密相颗粒浓度和稀相段内颗粒浓度的影响以及分离系统的分离效率。实验结果表明,随着表观气速的增加,床层径向密度逐渐降低,表明床层的流化质量有所改善;同时,轴向密度分布在高度H=500 mm处最大,截面平均密度随着表观气速的增加而降低;当表观气速为0.3 m/s时,H=5345 mm处的稀相密度为8.44 kg/m^3,已经不满足原旋风分离器入口浓度的要求;卧式快速分离器分离效率在实验条件下均大于99.6%,改造后过滤器反吹间隔时间也满足生产要求。In a fluidized bed cold model experimental device,using air and hydrogen chlorideto-chlorine catalysts as the medium,the effects of different operating conditions on the axial and radial concentrations of dense phase particles,the concentration of particles in the dilute phase fraction,and the separation efficiencyof separation system were studied.According to the results,with the increase of superficial gas velocity,the radial density of the bed gradually decreased,indicating that the fluidization quality of the bed was improved.At the same time,the axial density distribution was highest at H 500 mm,and the average density of the section was reduced.When the gas velocity was increased by 0.3 m/s,the density of the dilute phase at H 5345 mm was 8.44 kg/m3,which did not meet the requirements of the inlet concentration of the original cyclone;the efficiency of the horizontal quick separators was higher than 99.6%under the experimental conditions,and the filter backflush interval also met the production requirements.
