摘 要:为提升全轻混凝土的材料性能,降低其工程造价,通过改变全轻混凝土的配合比,研究了水泥强度等级、粉煤灰和纤维素醚等原材料对全轻混凝土的抗压强度和坍落度的影响。试验结果显示,水泥强度等级对全轻混凝土强度的影响并不显著;掺加适量粉煤灰可以有效提高全轻混凝土的抗压强度和坍落度,还可以减少水泥用量,节约工程造价;纤维素醚对全轻混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度都有明显的改善作用,是一种良性的外添加剂。In order to improve the material properties of full light concrete and reduce its project cost, the effects of the raw materials, such as cement label, fly ash and cellulose-ether, on the compression strength and slump of full light concrete are studied by changing different mix ratio of all light concrete. The experimental results show that the cement strength grade has exerted an indistinctive effect on the strength of full light concrete, the adding of proper fly ash into full light concrete can improve the compression strength and slump effectively. Meanwhile, the cement consumption can be reduced and so can the project cost. The cellulose ether is a fine additive and it can improve dramatically the slump and strength of the full light concrete.
