摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人干扰素α(interferon alpha,IFN-α)用于椎旁神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)的临床疗效。方法:选取PHN病人80例,分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组)。A组在椎旁神经阻滞药物配方中加用IFN-α,B组除在椎旁神经阻滞药物配方中未加用IFN-α外,其余治疗与A组相同。于治疗前及治疗后1、2、3月进行视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分,并统计椎旁神经阻滞治疗次数。结果:A组病人治疗后1、2、3月VAS评分及PSQI评分均低于B组(P<0.05),治疗次数少于B组(P<0.05);A组病人的总有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:IFN-α用于椎旁神经阻滞治疗PHN病人的临床疗效确切,可以减轻病人的疼痛,提高病人的睡眠质量。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon alpha(IFN-α) in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) with paravertebral nerve block. Methods: Eighty patients with PHN were enrolled and divided into observation group(group A) and control group(group B). Patients in group A were treated with IFN-α in paravertebral nerve block drug formula, and patients in group B were the same as that of group A except that IFN-α was not added to the drug formulation. Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores, Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) scores, and numbers of paravertebral nerve block treatments were measured before and after treatment. Results: The VAS score and PSQI score of patients in group A were lower than those in group B(P < 0.05). The number of treatments was lower than that in group B(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P < 0.05). Conclusion: IFN-α is effective in the treatment of PHN patients with paravertebral nerve block, which can reduce pain of patients and improve the quality of sleep of patients.
