烧伤科医护人员疼痛管理知识、态度和行为调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解福建省烧伤科医护人员的疼痛管理知识、态度和行为现状。方法:采用自制问卷对263名11家三甲医院烧伤科医护人员进行调查。结果:烧伤科医护人员疼痛管理知识问卷的平均正确率为55.5%。烧伤工作年限、学历影响医师药物作用知识正确率;工作后是否接受疼痛知识教育影响医师非药物镇痛法知识正确率;职称和在校有无接受疼痛知识教育影响护士问卷总体正确率;在校有无接受疼痛知识教育影响护士药物治疗知识正确率。只有25%的医师和44.7%的护士经常评估病人的疼痛强度。病人换药剧烈疼痛仍坚持不用镇痛药时,只有30.2%的护士和48.8%的医师经常会对其镇痛教育。结论:福建省烧伤科医护人员疼痛管理现状尚存在镇痛理念和知识欠缺,行为不够主动积极等问题。应不断加强医护人员烧伤疼痛知信行培训,倡导积极镇痛的态度与理念,促进医护人员烧伤疼痛诊治及护理的专业素质及专业行为,最终提高烧伤病人的生活质量。Objective:To investigate knowledge,attitude and behavior of pain management in Fujian medical staffs.Methods:A self-made questionnaire on pain management knowledge,attitude and behavior was used to investigate 263 medical staffs from 11 Third-Class A hospitals.Result:The average precision rate of the questionnaire responses was 55.5%.The accuracy of drug function knowledge in doctors were positively correlated with working years and degree.The accuracy of knowledge of non-drug pain knowledge in doctors were positively correlated with pain knowledge education acquired in work place.The accuracy of nurses'total questionnaire were positively correlated with professional titles and pain education acquired in school,just the same as drug treatment knowledge accuracy of nurses and pain education acquired in school.Only 25%doctors and 44.7%nurses assessed the patient's pain intensity frequently.Only 30.2%nurses and 48.8%doctors educated patients suffered from pain.Conclusion:There are still some problems in pain management knowledge,attitude and behavior in medical staffs in Fujian burn injury department.We should constantly strengthen medical workers burn pain training,have positive analgesia attitude and idea,promote burn pain treatment and nursing quality and professional behavior,and ultimately improve the quality of life in burn patients.
