摘  要:以壳聚糖为生物吸附剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲脂为聚合单体,采用悬浮聚合方法,经过表面羧基化改性,制备出了羧基化PMMA/壳聚糖复合微球。羧基化PMMA/壳聚糖复合微球的红外光谱在1630 cm-1和666~800 cm-1分别出现了特征峰,证实了表面—COOH与—NH 2的存在。热失重分析表明羧基化PMMA/壳聚糖复合微球在120℃以下具有很好的热稳定性。此外,吸附实验研究结果表明,羧基化PMMA/壳聚糖复合微球的吸附容量随着pH的下降而减小,在浓度小于100ppm的含铅溶液中铅离子去除率均能达到98%。以上结果表明制备的羧基化PMMA/壳聚糖复合微球对铅离子具有很好的吸附作用,是一种很有前景的铅离子吸附剂。As water pollution problems caused by Pb(Ⅱ)show a significant threat to human health,people focus on search for an effective and economic controlling technique with less disruption on the environment.In this paper,the carboxyl-functionalized PMMA/chitosan(CS)composites were prepared by adding CS into PMMA matrix as functional filler and surface modification.IR result indicates that the carboxyl-functionalized PMMA/chitosan(CS)composites showed peaks at 1630 cm-1and 666-800 cm-1,which proved the existence of -COOH and -NH2.The TGA results indicate that the carboxyl-functionalized PMMA/CS composites showed quite good thermal stability.In addition,the Pb(Ⅱ)removal of the carboxyl-functionalized PMMA/CS composite reached up to 98% when initial Pb(Ⅱ)concentrations were under 100 mg L-1.All these results demonstrate that carboxyl-functionalized PMMA/CS had a good adsorption property and could be a promising adsorbent for chelating Pb(Ⅱ).
