摘　　要：目的:探讨美托洛尔联合芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)、血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:选取我院(2017年1月~2019年2月)收治的慢性心力衰竭患者106例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均给予利尿剂、血管扩张剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)/血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)等常规基础治疗,对照组加用美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率(96.23%)高于对照组(84.91%),总不良反应率(16.98%)与对照组(26.42%)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗前左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、6 min步行距离(6-MWD)以及Gal-3、HO-1、Hcy、脑钠肽(BNP)水平组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后LVEF、SV、HO-1水平及6-MWD高于对照组,Gal-3、Hcy、BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合芪苈强心胶囊可调节慢性心力衰竭患者Gal-3、HO-1、Hcy、BNP的表达水平,改善心功能,且安全性良好。Objective:To study the effects of metoprolol combined with Qiliqiangxin Capsule on galectin-3(Gal-3),heme oxygenase 1(HO-1)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:106 patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were included in the current study and divided into 2 groups by random digital method.The two groups of patients were given diuretic drug,vasodilator and other routine basic treatment.The control group was treated with metoprolol,while the observation group was given additional Qiliqiangxin capsule on this basis.The clinical effect in the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate(96.23%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(84.91%,P<0.05),while the total adverse reaction rate in the obsercation group(16.98%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(26.42%,P>0.05).No significant difference were found in the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),walking distance(6-MWD)and Gal-3,HO-1,Hcy,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level were compared between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The level of LVEF,SV,HO-1 and 6-MWD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The level of Gal-3,Hcy,BNP was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of metoprolol and Qiliqiangxin Capsul for chronic heart failure can regulate the expression level of Gal-3,HO-1,Hcy,and BNP,improve the heart function and safety.
