摘　　要：工业遗产是生产力水平和人类文明发展的见证,对人类社会有着重要的价值和意义。中国工业遗产保护和再利用面临着特殊的政治、经济和文化背景,需要探索一条符合本土情境的创新途径。文章从地方的视角审视工业遗产,通过旅游驱动的再地方化过程,深入探讨其地方意义及可持续发展要求。研究发现:遗产与地方的互动关系,是遗产意义生产和共创的实现基础,如何找到新的社会经济功能与地方认同,重新获得发展活力,实现"再地方化"(re-localization)是工业遗产地需要解决的首要问题。工业遗产的传承需要放入具体的时空情境中,借由与地方之间的情感认同以及与日常生活的互动加以实现。旅游是遗产与地方之间的重要互动形式,在旅游发展中可以达成地方情境下遗产意义的生产和重构,使遗产被接受与被理解,从而实现其价值和意义的传承。旅游驱动的再地方化在工业遗产地可持续发展中具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。Industrial heritage is a testimony of productivity and the development of human civilization with important value and significance to human society. Due to the rapid industrialization process that is quite different from western countries, there is a special political, economic and cultural context in the protection and reuse of Chinese industrial heritage. It is necessary to explore an innovative approach consistent with the local context. The primary problem that the heritage sites need solving is to find new social-economic functions that are beneficial to both regional development and local identity rebuilding. From the local place perspective, the protection and utilization of industrial heritage needs to be explored around the local theory and practice of the heritage site.This "re-localization" process is the interaction between heritage and place underlining the realization of heritage-based production and co-creation. From the place perspective, this study tries to explore and understand the local significance and sustainable development requirements of industrial heritage. Through a review of previous researches, we emphasize the importance of re-localization in the industrial heritage protection and reuse process. The main contribution of this paper is providing a systematic understanding of the relationship between industrial heritage and tourism-driven re-localization process. From the re-localization perspective, the value of industrial heritage is not only the individual interpretation of space, but also the epitome of the past social culture. Therefore, the protection and reuse of industrial heritage should be included in the regional regeneration planning system, with emotional connection between the local residents and the original environment.
