基于循环型、模块化产业链的展览业运行机理与发展策略研究

摘　　要：对展览产业而言,以产业链的方式提供会展这一服务产品是唯一而不是更优的选择。然而,现有研究没有提及这一特点,更没有深入研究由于会展服务对象和服务内容的多元性、多变性、异质性及广泛性等特性所导致的展览业独特的运行方式。通过构建一个全新的循环型、模块化展览产业链模型,分析了展览产业链的基本特征,如:纵向链条较短,但多模块并联的横向关联突出;具有典型的双核心网络型组织结构特征;产业链末端具有广域性;循环型产业链等。从属性上看,会展产业链是模块化分工条件下网络状产业链的一种,展览业的运行以模块化分工为前提,以网络型组织结构为基础,以融合共生为准则,以创新创意为动力。基于展览产业链模型,展览业的发展应采取融合发展、生态化发展、创新驱动、集聚化发展和区域协同等发展策略。For the exhibition industry, providing the service product in the form of an industry chain is the only, not a better choice. However, the existing research does not mention this feature, and does not further study the unique operation mode of the exhibition industry due to the diversity, variability, heterogeneity and extensiveness of the exhibition service object and service content. This paper constructs a cyclic, modular exhibition industrial chain model, trying to clarify the academic issues of the exhibition industry, such as how the exhibition is "produced" as a service product? How is this process different from other industries?As for cyclic, modular exhibition industrial chain, cyclic means the final link of the exhibition industrial chain is also the beginning of the production of exhibition products. But it is not a simple repetition. The exhibition products have the characteristics of cyclical external performance, continuous innovation in the substantive content and persistence in the life cycle. Modular means regardless of whether it is vertical or horizontal, a large number of homogeneous enterprises in various industrial sectors in the exhibition industry chain are based on their core competencies, and they are organized and operated in an orderly manner according to the functional division of the exhibition organization and the venue. The cyclic and modular exhibition industrial chain has several characteristics:①The longitudinal chain is short, but the horizontal association of multiple modules in parallel is prominent. ②It has a typical "dual core" network shape organizational structure. ③ The end of the exhibition industrial chain covers a wide range of fields. ④ The exhibition industrial chain is a cyclic industrial chain. The cyclic and modular exhibition industrial chain has different expression and composition from the traditional industrial chain, and is one of the representatives of the network-like industrial chain in the service industry under the condition of modular division
