摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略背景下,旅游村镇住宿业在旅游开发和扶贫中发挥着重要作用。但目前旅游村镇住宿业的发展与村镇经济发展并不同步,这极大地影响了旅游村镇的创收与精准扶贫。文章以旅游村镇住宿业为研究对象,采用文献分析法和系统归纳法,分别从旅游村镇住宿业本体发展研究、利益相关者研究和经营管理研究三个方面来归纳、评述和对比国内外研究成果。经过分析发现:国内外由于旅游村镇住宿业的发展时间和程度不同,国内研究落后于国外研究,并在经营管理方面更为薄弱。在研究方法上,国内外均是以问卷调查和统计分析为主,国外会更多地使用构建指标体系来完成问题的分析。通过分析旅游村镇住宿业文献,文章提出在旅游村镇的经济建设中,旅游村镇住宿业的研究对旅游扶贫有重要的意义。在未来研究中,可以基于地理学、社会学与生态学等的多学科视角,以贫困人口为核心,因地制宜发展不同类型的住宿业,加强对利益相关者与住宿企业经营管理的研究,以技术渠道为住宿生态赋能、强调文旅融合,系统揭示旅游村镇住宿业发展背后的人地关系特征、人际关系网络演化、人居生态演化等,构建旅游村镇住宿业助力旅游扶贫的研究理论框架。Under the strategic background of rural revitalization, the tourism village and town accommodation industry plays an important role in tourism development and poverty alleviation. The development of small tourism enterprises is crucial to the development of tourism poverty alleviation. Tourism enterprises have a significant role in promoting local economic development. The impact of small-scale tourism enterprises on residents’ income and employment is generally greater than that of large-scale tourism enterprises. Therefore, small-scale tourism enterprises are more effective in driving local economy. The development of tourism products and brand cultivation is one of the weakest links in the study of tourism enterprise entities. Rural tourism products are mainly based on accommodation and catering, and the lodging industry has become the core of tourism villages and towns. However, the current development of tourism villages and towns is not in sync with the economic development of villages and towns, which has greatly affected the income generation and precision poverty alleviation of tourism villages and towns. If local practitioners can participate in the tourism accommodation industry with a target, it will have a positive impact on the local economic development, and enable relevant industries to obtain economic benefits from the tourism industry, and help the country to accurately alleviate poverty. Therefore, researchers urgently need to strengthen tourism. Investigation and research on the supply chain of residential or accommodation facilities in villages and towns. This paper takes the tourism village and town accommodation industry as the research object, and uses literature analysis method and system induction method to summarize, comment and compare domestic and foreign research results from the aspects of tourism village and town accommodation industry development research, stakeholder research and business management research.
